My Goals:
1. Be between 100-110 lbs.
2. Break my emotional tie to food - especially binge eating - I need to start thinking about food as fuel and not a crutch. My favorite quote from a chef is "If you think 'oh this is to die for' when you take a bite then you must likely will die from it"
3. Be more flexible - I want to touch my toes without curving my back, perfect every yoga move, have good posture and cross my legs comfortably
4. Crave activity - not be satisfied with a sedentary lifestyle
5. Be self confident - have no fear of being alone or not good enough
6. Be adventurous - push my limits and try new things
7. Don't be competitive - everyone walks a different path and it is not far to them or myself to compare myself to them
8. Ask for help - there is no weakness is asking for help or admitting you can't do this alone
9. Turn to God - at all times, the good and the bad. Don't turn inward when life becomes hard and don't forget who blessed you when life is good.
