OH MY GOSH! I forgot how tasty food can be without being covered in dressing or spices or sugar. It is so important to remember you can make EASY meals that taste good and are healthy. The key is to shop for really fresh food. A fresh salad with lettuce, celery, and tomatoes is YUM! And for dessert it doesn't need to be covered in sugar but just play up the real sugars in life. FRESH strawberries with a spoonful of cool whip is AMAZING!
Take a step back and start trying to make meals with just 4 ingredients and I promise you will start to taste the actual food and fall in love again. And if you fail then just toss it to the dog. Lucky for me puggles eat EVERYTHING.
